Excessive wear on the flank surface 1.The cutting speed is too high. Reduce cutting speed. 2. The knife feed is too shallow. Reduce the number of feeds. 3. The blade is located above the center line. Use the correct center height.
Blade chipping and damage 1. Cutting speed is too slow. Increase cutting speed. 2. Cutting force is too large. Increase feed rate and reduce feed amount. 3. Cutting under unstable clamping. Check the clamping of workpiece and tool. 4. Chip entanglement. Increase coolant pressure and blow away chips.
Plastic deformation 1. Cutting speed is too fast and cutting temperature is too high. Reduce chip speed and feed. 2. Cutting fluid supply is not universal. Increase coolant supply.
Poor surface quality of workpiece 1. Cutting speed is too low. Increase cutting speed. 2. Blade is above center height. Use correct center height. 3. Cutting is uncontrolled. Change tool travel mode. 4. Incorrect blade groove selection. Select chip breaker for finishing.
Vibration, trembling 1. The workpiece or tool is not clamped correctly. Check the clamping status of the workpiece and tool. 2. The shock resistance of the tool holder is not enough. Choose the right tool holder. 3. The cutting parameters are incorrect. Adjust cutting parameters.

JAT products advantages

Turning Insert90% of the steel parts machined by turning CNC carbide insert choose our CVD coating, it’s more wear resistance than PVD, JAT sale more than 300,000 pieces CVD ISO turning inserts every month. Before we bought the CVD coated stove, we didn’t sell many turning indexable insert actually. But now whether it is equipment or raw materials and production management are very advanced, so our JAT is a worth choice supplier for CNC lathe cutting insert.
Milling InsertOur turning tungsten insert are so popular, not to mention milling carbide insert, 95% repurchase rate, we specialize in the production of mold milling CNC insert, face milling insert, fast feed first milling insert, and so on. We have more than 400 sets of molds for milling inserts. I believe that more than 400 models will certainly meet most of your needs.JAT CNC carbide milling insert quality can completely replace Z**T, Kor**, Dur**, Hita**, Tae** and other very popular Japanese and Korean brands, you are welcome to try.
Cermet InsertCermet insert are the products we feel most satisfied with. Although its consumption is not as large as tungsten carbide insert, but we take pride in its quality as made in China. We should know that before 2022, our customers’ evaluation of our cermet insert is that the quality is unstable, which leads to more and more customers losing confidence for China cermet manufacturers. We can understand this situation, but we are not reconciled to it. Finally, starting in 2022, after we have broken through to the technical side, we can now say out loud that you can trust us again, just by giving us another chance.
Aluminum Insert
Aluminum insert are relatively easy to make in CNC carbide insert, so for the strength of our cnc insert manufacturers, it is an effortless product to master. Our aluminum insert have only one grade JP141, but there are two ways to grinding them, one is CNC process, and another way is tool process. We mainly push the aluminum insert of CNC process, because the size of the aluminum carbide insert processed in this way is more accurate. Of course, if you have an older lathe, carbide aluminum inserts for machining with cutting tools are also a good choice because they will be more affordable.
Drilling Insert U drill carbide insert series we are now fully molds, down-hole drill insert we are SPMT and WCMT series, self-developed HN groove. The U drill tungsten carbide insert on the BTA cutting tool is available in any size you want, including a guide block.
