● JT5423 / JT5425 – CVD Coating – Double Color (TiCN+Al₂O₃+TiN)
ISO grade: P10-P25

✔ The reinforced bonding phase effectively resists high-temperature plastic deformation of the matrix.
✔ Functionally graded layer with high binder phase content more effectively controls coating crack growth.

● JT4115 – CVD Coating – Black (TiCN+Al₂O₃)

✔ Suitable for continuous or slightly interrupted turning of grey and ductile cast iron.
● JA2025 – PVD Coating – Grey (AlTiN)
ISO grade: P10-P30 (perfect for hardened Steel) M10-M25 K20-K30
